Remodelación y Modernización de los espacios de servicios del albergue Las Bienaventuranzas en tablada de Lurín en el año 2021

Abstract

El objetivo principal de mi tesis es la remodelación de un albergue que acoge a niños y ancianos en situación de comorbilidad, buscando mejorar su bienestar físico y psicológico a través de la creación de espacios seguros y funcionales. Propongo una serie de intervenciones arquitectónicas que permitan satisfacer todas sus necesidades, tanto físicas como emocionales, en un entorno que favorezca la interacción entre ambos grupos. Esta interacción no solo promoverá un ambiente de apoyo mutuo, sino que también tendrá beneficios psicológicos importantes para ambos. En el diseño arquitectónico, he incorporado el uso de luz natural, creando huecos estratégicos en la estructura que permitan su ingreso a lo largo del día. Esto no solo optimiza la iluminación de los espacios, sino que también genera un juego de luces que enriquece la atmósfera, creando ambientes cálidos y acogedores. Además, se han mejorado las áreas existentes, adaptándolas a las necesidades específicas de los residentes, lo que ha contribuido a una mejora en su situación de comorbilidad, al proporcionarles un entorno más saludable y cómodo. Finalmente, he diseñado áreas especiales para que los niños puedan recibir visitas con fin de ser adoptados, brindando un espacio adecuado para este proceso tan importante en sus vidas. La remodelación no solo busca mejorar las condiciones materiales del albergue, sino también fomentar la recuperación integral de los residentes mediante un diseño arquitectónico pensado en su bienestar físico, emocional y social. Este proyecto refleja un enfoque holístico en la rehabilitación y atención de personas en situaciones vulnerables, promoviendo su salud, integración y calidad de vida en un entorno que favorezca la empatía y el apoyo mutuo entre generaciones.

The main objective of my thesis is the remodeling of a shelter for children and the elderly with comorbidities, seeking to improve their physical and psychological well-being through the creation of safe and functional spaces. I propose a series of architectural interventions that will meet all their needs, both physical and emotional, in an environment that fosters interaction between both groups. This interaction will not only promote a mutually supportive environment but will also have significant psychological benefits for both groups. In the architectural design, I have incorporated the use of natural light, creating strategic openings in the structure that allow its entry throughout the day. This not only optimizes the lighting of the spaces but also generates a play of light that enriches the atmosphere, creating warm and welcoming environments. Furthermore, existing areas have been improved, adapting them to the specific needs of the residents, which has contributed to an improvement in their comorbidity status by providing them with a healthier and more comfortable environment. Finally, I have designed special areas for children to receive visits for adoption, providing a suitable space for this important process in their lives. The renovation not only seeks to improve the shelter's physical conditions but also to promote the comprehensive recovery of its residents through an architectural design thatconsiders their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This project reflects a holistic approach to the rehabilitation and care of people in vulnerable situations, promoting their health, integration, and quality of life in an environment that fosters empathy and mutual support between generations.
